Since 2020 C’est Bon has been under the leadership of Chef Andy Ashby who has
continued its evolution into a dynamic destination, offering not only a refined dining
experience but also versatile spaces like Le Bon Bar, Ooh La La Rooftop, The Cellar, and La Terrasse.
