A true celebration of haute cuisine, this rich and flavourful duck is carefully prepared using our Wollemi dry-aged ducks, with the legs confit in Tasmanian pepper berry and glazed with blood orange, while the breast is topped with a luxurious sauce made from the duck’s essence. Every part of the duck is crafted to perfection, and the finishing touch is our secret recipe that adds a unique C’est Bon twist.

With only one duck available per sitting at 6pm and 8pm Thursdays, this is an exclusive experience you won't want to miss, priced at $195 per duck which feeds 2-4 people.

Christmas Lunch is fully booked, but you can still join us for Christmas Eve with our ‘Twas the lunch before Christmas.

Savour the yuletide flavours with our Moreton Bay Bug Éclair and a Yellow Squash Tart, followed by a refined Pâté en Croûte complemented by prune, hazelnut, and Madeira.
