Only a few weeks to go until our ‘Twas the Lunch Before Christmas event!

Start with the delightful freshness of Spring Pea Choux, followed by BBQ QLD Red Claw with Red Pepper and Crabe Farci, Wollemi Duck and Dry Aged Trout served with sides. Finish on a sweet note with Citron, Goat’s Milk and Lemon and also Ginger Parkin Madeleines.
